South England Exchange Ltd is proudly rooted in England. After many years of experience sending German students to destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, and the USA, we now focus on what we know best: welcoming young people from across the world to our own country.

Unlike large international chains, we are an independent organisation — small enough to give personal attention, yet experienced enough to deliver with excellence. In a globalised field, we are proud to stand out for our authenticity, focus, and genuine care.

Each September and January we welcome around 150 students, with another 20 joining in April. We know every host family and every head in each of the 26 schools we work with, which means we can give individual attention to each student. Our flat structure allows us to work with transparency and direct personal contact: when you work with SEE, you work with people, not layers of hierarchy.

Some organisations rely on local coordinators. We take a different approach. By staying lean and hands-on, we ensure that students, families, and schools interact directly with the people who make decisions. This keeps communication clear, support personal, and care genuine.

The pandemic proved the strength of this model. Even without local coordinators, we welcomed more students than ever — and we knew each of them better. More importantly, they knew us: not as distant administrators, but as people who truly care.
