Lavoriamo in questo modo per essere assolutamente sicuri che ogni studente e i suoi genitori abbiano ricevuto la migliore consulenza e preparazione possibile prima di prenotare un programma. Saremo lieti di inviarvi un elenco di organizzazioni del vostro Paese. Le organizzazioni forniscono agli studenti il nostro opuscolo che include tutte le scuole e le informazioni sul programma, oppure il nostro opuscolo è stato utilizzato come base per le informazioni fornite nell'opuscolo dell'organizzazione. Lo studente sceglie una scuola o chiede a noi di scegliere.
Applicazione
Il studente riempie un MODULO DI DOMANDA. Questo può essere inviato come allegato. L'invio può essere effettuato a mano o per via elettronica. Ecco un esempio di modulo di iscrizione compilato.
Il organizzazione carica il modulo sul nostro Caricamento della domanda dello studente. Non preoccuparti, le modifiche possono essere apportate anche dopo il caricamento.
Non appena la domanda è stata caricata, viene inviata un'e-mail automatica di conferma al partner e allo studente. Alcuni studenti scelgono una scuola o chiedono espressamente di avere un fratello o una sorella o una famiglia di due genitori. Tutti hanno a disposizione una camera singola, quindi non è necessario prenotare un extra.
Preparazione
1. One of our online coaches arranges a meeting with all students a couple of months before arrival. Don’t worry, your programme acceptance doesn’t depend on the meeting, we just like to talk with you about the right subject choices and school in the UK. If you struggle with English or shyness, we will enrol you on our online communication course at no extra cost.

Posizionamento
We release all placements on the same day. Placements for students arriving in August/ September are released mid June. Placements for students arriving in January are released mid November. The organisation in your country will give you the log in details for your online account with us. When you log in, you will see all about your new home! Of course, you will also see how to confirm the placement, book the pre-departure meeting, choose subjects, buy uniform (if in year 10 or 11), tell us your flight details, book trips, download the handbooks and contact your host family.
Arrivo
We will be at the airport to meet every student who arrives on the usual day. We will make sure the transfer to the new home goes smoothly and the family will be waiting at the destination.
Within 1 week of arrival, all students attend an in person orientation seminar in groups of about 6, so everyone has a chance to get to know each other and find out how things work.
