We arrange inspiring school exchange experiences for students aged 15 to 19 in the UK and abroad. These programmes go far beyond sightseeing or classroom learning—they allow young people to step into another culture and live it from the inside.
As visiting exchange students, participants join a local school community, take part in everyday lessons, and experience school life alongside local students. Combined with living with a carefully selected host family, this creates full cultural immersion—building confidence, independence, and real-world language skills that can’t be taught from a textbook.
Our exchanges are time-limited and cultural in focus, designed to enrich rather than replace a student’s education at home. There are no exams or qualifications (apart from at SEI)—just meaningful experiences, lasting friendships, and personal growth.
For many students, a school exchange is a defining moment: a chance to broaden horizons, develop maturity, and return home with a deeper understanding of the world—and of themselves.
